Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Every order is hand-packed and dispatched from our studio.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote pin codes: up to 10 business days
Charges
Standard shipping is ₹99. Orders above ₹1,500 ship free. Charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking ID by email and SMS. You can also track from your account at any time.
Failed deliveries
If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order returns to us. Re-shipping is billed at standard rates. Refunds for undeliverable addresses exclude original shipping.
International shipping
We don't ship outside India yet. Sign up via Instagram to be notified when we do.
