By using perfectionists.shop or buying our fragrances, you agree to these terms.
The basics
- You must be 18+ to place an order.
- Information you submit must be accurate (especially shipping address).
- Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — with a full refund.

Reviews & feedback
By submitting a review or feedback, you grant PERFECTIONISTS a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for product development and marketing. You retain ownership of your words.
Intellectual property
The PERFECTIONISTS name, logo, fragrance names, copy, and imagery are our property. Don't reproduce them without written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Fragrances are cosmetic products — patch-test before full use if you have sensitive skin.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the seller's registered city.
